Fantastic little gem of a site!
This was our first outing as "born again caravanners" and weren't we lucky finding this site?. It has fabulous views all round and just the sounds of birds, sheep and cattle. So relaxing and peaceful, the perfect place to just chill out. There are lots of beauty spots and places of interest just a short drive away. Two pubs in Church Stretton do meals and come recommended, although we didn't get a chance to try them. Merv, the owner, is really friendly and helpful and makes sure you've got everything you need. The site is very neatly laid out with a centre lawn area and pretty shrubs and trees. The pitches all have electric hook-up and water supply. There is one male and one female shower and toilet and these are kept spotlessly clean. There are some seasonal pitches and I understand there is a waiting list to get one. I'm not surprised. Most of the people we chatted to have been coming back to this site year after year. It really is a superb site and we will definitely be coming back. 😊
